Mr. Virtucio is a technical solutions architect of Globe Business, the corporate arm of Globe Telecom. His role is to help scope the ICT requirements of enterprise customers and come up with multi-service solutions using voice, data and data center services, running over wired and/or mobile infrastructure. His role also includes presenting existing and upcoming technologies that may be beneficial to enterprise customers.

Previously, Mr. Virtucio headed the Product Development team under Globe Business for nearly 3 years. During his stay, his team came out with several innovative products and services for enterprise customers. One of these prioducts was the E-LAN service of Globe Business.

Prior to Globe Business, Mr. Virtucio was a senior network consultant for 3Com for 10 years and network specialist / systems programmer for Computer Information Systems for 7 years. It was in Computer Information Systems that Mr. Virtucio gained experience in SNA and LAN/WAN networking. His enterprise networking and Ethernet experience was further developed in his stint in 3Com. 3Com’s founder is the inventor of Ethernet, Robert Metcalfe.
