Elena Kuziakina
Head of Market Planning for Rostelecom - Russia's incumbent long distance and backbone operator. In this capacity she is responsible for marketing activities in the company's three primary market segments: carrier, enterprise, and consumer. In the course of Russia's market liberalization, the Market Planning function headed by Elena has played a key role in transitioning Rostelecom from indirect sales to direct sales. Prior to joining Rostelecom, Elena held several commercial positions within TransTeleCom - Russia's second largest backbone operator. She holds a Masters Degree in both Economics and Linguistics.
