Chung-Yung Chia

Chung-Yung Chia born in Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1963. He received the B.S. , M.S. and PhD degrees in Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tong University, Hsinchu, R.O.C. Since 1989, he has been working in Telecommunication Laboratories, Chunghwa Telcom Co., Ltd, where he is currently a researcher and a project manager. His research interests include design and analysis of wireless communications network, development of telecommunication scheduling and monitoring systems, and performance modelling.
