Judged by senior analysts with specialist knowledge of global developments in key networking technologies and services, the OTV APAC Network Operator Awards are a totally independent and globally significant expression of operator excellence in the region.
Industry leadership
Awarded to the service provider that has done the most overall to move forward the communications services industry in APAC. The winner will have demonstrated industry leadership, innovation and/or creativity in the development of their business plans and can showcase significant achievements.

Best service coverage
Awarded to the service provider that has gone furthest in extending the coverage of a new or existing telecoms service. Services covered include but are not limited to: GSM/3G/HSPA voice and/or data, business Ethernet, wireless broadband, FTTx-based wireline broadband, and wholesale capacity.
